Need to get some sup vigs and survivors, viteas ect.

Used to be I'd march into the Fortress of Jahai with shadow form and slaughter all the kournan elite guards and walk out with at least 3 golds, and many purples and blues, but that stopped working when they buffed armor of sanctity. 600 might work in there but I haven't tried it, the scribes have meteors, and as said AoE weakness sucks...

I'm trying to decide between ettins, jade, am fah or grawl, or if there's something better. And once I know what drops good stuff what kills it the fastest.

Luxon Assassins with the quest the alcyon job

Before the update they were very easy to farm with a necro 55. I farmed a lot of runes of all kinds one year ago.

The feather farm in Jahai bluffs yields lots of sensali armour for runes of vitae.

I have had tons of luck with the bluffs feather farm NM. Especially Vitae and Survivor. I have also gotten a lot of purple nec and war runes. I also had good luck farming feathers outside D Seaboard and that was on HM. Good Luck

The ettins outsite of North Kryta Province and Nebo Terrace still drop plenty of runes

Solo the quest protecting the halcyon. use a spirit spammer in HM and just drop the quest, rinse and repeat.

Ive picked up several superior vigors as well as others.

Perhaps you guys need to go check out the Halcyon Job farm again, because now the Assassins are fixed and they actually use Horns of the Ox. The KD makes it almost impossible to farm this like before. You need some form of anti-KD now. Before I was using SS+MoP and SS+IP for the boss/stragglers. Now the boss has degen too btw...

I believe before the last monster skill update they did not have an actual lead attack to use their off hand attack. I could be wrong but KD was never a problem before the last monster skill update.

I haven't tried them yet, but i was thinking about some anti-knockdown PvE skill, like IaU. However it seems rather difficult now.

You can farm it but nothing like before. 3-5 minute runs have now turned into 10-13 minute runs.

I think the days of SS N/Mo and Mo/N are over for this farm. Best get your Ele or Rit there if you want any kinda of speed doing this farm.

Hmm, I may have already beaten the halcyon quest line while grinding r12 luxon.... I'll try some of the other options, any others?

for sup vigor I used to do snake dance 55 monk/dervish tundra giant farming. Usually got one or two in a run.

I was farming for nicholas the traveler today and i go a lot of insignia's/runes, i used spirit spammer.
